1. Your mind can be a very good convincing liar
“Don’t believe everything you think.” Thoughts are just thoughts, and it’s unhealthy and exhausting to give so much power to the negative ones. The battle of the mind. Don’t let your thoughts determine whether or not you will prosper
2. The people you compare yourself to compare their self to other people also
I go through things just like everybody else, but God favor over my life sets me apart. You have to walk in your favor!!! Time after time, we all compare ourselves to other people, and I can assure you that the people who seem to have it all DO NOT. Even celebrities! We have got to stop idolizing what seems to be perfect and accept reality for what is really is. Stop looking at people with judgment and jealousy and look more for understanding and compassion. We are all beautifully imperfect.
3. Focus on progress rather than perfection
Hello you! Yes YOU!!! You’re not perfect and you will never be perfect. Look on the bright side though, NOBODY is perfect. When you focus more on progress than perfection, life will run smoother for you.
4. You need love the most when you feel you deserve it the least.
Sometimes it’s hard to accept love and understanding from others when you’re in a state of anger, shame, anxiety, or depression. But realize that love is actually the greatest gift I can receive during such times.
Hope you enjoyed this blog

THE “WORLD” WIDE WEB
The INTERNET can lead people to so many thoughts. It’s crazy! People assume stuff from pictures or take a few words to heart. When I say, “to heart”, I mean full out panicking, texting other people to see what they see, printscreening stuff, over exaggerating, and really falling out with people. Facebook has really ruined some relationships and revealed a lot of stuff that some people wish they wouldn’t have seen. But like the saying goes, if you go digging, you will find stuff. Certain tweets messages are posted to make people think, and some give too much info, while some never give enough. People don't even talk on the phone anymore, they just text and chat on social networks instead. I am even a victim to this, because Lord knows I barely talk on the phone unless someone is incredibly interesting and/or can hold a decent conversation. It's just so much easier to shoot a text. The bad thing about text messages is that they can be interpreted in the wrong manner. The internet, with all its blogs, websites, pictures, is just so misleading, yet they sometime bring out the truth in so many situations. It’s like you hate to love it. Just be careful before you start assuming things. People wear a mask, people lie, girls will take 10+ pictures to get that perfect instagram selfie, etc.
What image are you portraying?
If you cook and like to eat, people will see that with all your yummy food pictures and all the different restaurants you eat at. If you like to club, party hard, turn up every weekend, people will see all your drunk pictures and you taking shots to the head. Ladies and gentlemen, what you put online is not disappearing. Don’t think because you delete something it’s gone forever because it’s not. Ladies, don’t be surprised if a guy is saying disrespectful things on your page if your profile picture displays you in a bra and panties. Save your goodies for your one-day hubby. Anyone can Google your name and the picture can pop up. You’d be surprised. And the sad thing is, you could have took that picture in the past and matured, but you in that same “bra and panties” can be surfacing around. Anyone can save those pictures and use them against you…….. Even future business/employers can dig up your pictures sweetie. Random thought, it always puzzles me when I see some of my teacher friends in provocative clothing, cuss words all over their page, and tons of alcohol with them pictured in it. But seriously, that’s none of my business. One word: Professionalism. Bottom line, I’m not saying that you can totally judge someone “solely” based off their pictures posted, but yeah….you get the picture.
What’s your image online?
What is your brand saying? Who are you really portraying on the internet? Are you posting numerous memes and pictures with cuss words on them for laughs? Calling females B’s and H’s just because it’s a joke. Posting all these wild sex positions and nudity? Posting little kids fighting because it’s cute? Are you cussing people out one minute and quoting bible scriptures the next?
Everything that glitter isn't always gold
Quit comparing yourself to people online. There will never be a perfect man or woman. What looks good isn't always good. Behind the computer and cell phone screen, people are real and they go through real problems. Behind all the cute couples you see, everyday isn't always perfect. You may be saying you want a relationship like such and such, but you really don’t know what goes on behind closed doors. I have some friends who are in what seems like perfect relationships and some of them are dealing with some serious issues. I've known some friends get physically abused, go through baby mama drama, the cheating, the lies, etc….& same goes for men being hurt too in those “what seems to be perfect” relationships. Even people who are both saved following after Christ go through problems too. Bottom line: Stop envying people and please please stop saying you wish your life was like such and such or you wish you had a relationship like such and such…because sometimes you may just get what you asked for and be sitting at home crying.
Now it’s time to wake up
Once again, people are showing you what they want you to see online! When it comes to pictures, of course people are going to post the good (of them). Everyone has issues. In that being said, that doesn’t mean we should be happy that people are struggling. Rejoice and be thankful for what God has given you. Unfollow people who cause you to feel some type away or even have you stumbling in your walk with God. You shouldn’t get online and start feeling jealous or envious of anyone’s life…including celebrities. Seems like common sense would tell you to keep it moving and unfollow, but sadly some people are so drawn to certain people pages even in the midst of their bitterness and envious hearts.
Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
