What this challenge includes:
Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water
Tip* I’m working out as well while doing this and I take a daily multivitamin as well.
Day 1: Fruits only, no bananas
Day 2: Any kind of vegetables (raw, steamed, cooked, boiled)
Day 3: Combine fruits and vegetables (same as day 1 + day 2)
Day 4: 6-8 bananas and skim milk or yogurt (I’m going to do the yogurt or purchase unsweetened almond milk)
Day 5: Chicken, turkey, and 6 tomatoes (I don’t eat chicken or turkey, so I’m going to substitute this for fish and quinoa or brown rice)
Day 6: Same as Day 5 (instead of the tomatoes, I’ll probably substitute for 1 sweet potatoes or black beans)
Day 7: Miracle soup (recipes will vary online, I’m making it like a cabbage soup)

Why did I want to do this: I love my body size, but I’m looking to shed more a few pounds while eliminating stubborn belly fat. I will for sure do updates daily.

Weight check in: I still have to weigh myself (I need to purchase a scale). I can honestly say that I feel lighter though.
Overall, would I do this food challenge again? Yes
What would I change? Pre-prepping my meals and making a shopping list to buy everything in one day. Pretty much being more organized with knowing what I would eat.
My favorite day? I would probably say day 4! I felt the most energized and I worked out twice (morning gym and evening run)
What was my least favorite day? Day 1 was really hard. It sounds fun, but eating fruit all day wasn't exciting as it sounds (to me).
